Do you work with institutions, fund managers, and banks to help manage real estate inventory?
Yes, we help communicate between various services to help make the processes and your life easier.
What services do you provide?
Our services include anything that relates to taking a property and making it ready for sale or rent including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decking, and roofing. We offer clean outs, coordinate lock changes, winterizing and de-winterizing, yard maintenance, etc. You can find a full list of our REO Services here.
Do you perform property inspections, assess condition of property and property evaluation?
Yes, we will look at the property and provide feedback on what we think needs to be done to meet the objectives of the client.
What conditions are the properties you work with?
We’ve worked with single family homes in substandard condition, to single family homes in upscale neighborhoods, to multiunit occupied properties.
For rental properties, do you work with a management and leasing company?
Yes, we do. We have a partnership with Harbor and Lake Real Estate. You can check them out here.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are both insured and bonded to further protect you as a client.
Do you provide free quotes?
Here at Redwood, we offer free quotes, estimates, and inspections.
Do you coordinate with multiple trade?
Yes, working with several licensed HVAC, electricians, and plumbers, we can coordinate subcontractors, whatever it takes to make sure the job is done proficiently.
Do you work with vacant and occupied properties?
Yes, we work with a wide range of properties, including both vacant and occupied properties.
Do you work with owners not located in the area?
If you are not local to the area, that is not a problem for Redwood. We can provide electronic billing, as well as digital reports on work performance and property status.
